You touched me with your kindness and understanding heart. You gave my life a lift to a world of paradise. Your love became my guidance when days were hard to bear. And, though, you’re far away, I know you’re always there. Your face I haven’t touched, your hands I haven’t felt, but your heart has always whispered the sweetness only love could tell. You walk along beside me, although, I cannot see your face. You comfort and hold me, and be with me night and day. The times I’m torn and lonely, and there’s no light ahead, I always find you near me to help me look the other way. Even through my darkest hours, when all my hope seems gone, you’re always there to give me strength and desire to go on. You love me and you show me things I never saw.
