Searching through my memories, in the pages of my years, I smile remembering my happy times when you, mother, was here. I see the child I was who asked if you could play with me and although at times you were so busy you left the undone to make me happy. Your smile was like a pearl unknown and arms so warm and tender. To you I always ran to when I needed love and affection. You guided me through a path full of roses in my life. Mom, you never let me down, you were always at my side. You gave me confidence and courage, and the whole wide world to me. You’ve always been my idol and just like you I want to be. I always thought you’d be here to share my whole life through, but years ago the time came when the angels called for you. Today I live in pain because I don’t have you here.
